6-Year-Old Dog Living On Borrowed Time At High Kill Shelter, Is Running Out Of Hope

A dog in Harris County, Texas, is at risk of being put down if a local foster home cannot be found. The dog, whose name is unknown, is already living on borrowed time – in fact, her review date has come and gone and she has been placed on the dreaded “e-list” more than once.

The most recent update, by the Facebook page Harris County Animal Shelter Volunteers, reveals the urgency of her situation:

Still need a foster! She is becoming VERY SICK in the shelter. She needs out asap!! We have a rescue who can help but she needs a foster and donations to help with her medical cost. I know someone out there can help this girl!!! Please share her video as much as you can!! Her review date is TODAY!!! Without a Foster by 5:30 pm on Thursday, she will be put down at 7am Friday.

Please network this six-year-old dog’s adoption information – she is quickly running out of time and may die if help is not found today.
